Concrete floors
Benefits of Concrete floors
- speed and quality of laying by modern technologies (technology of LASERSCREED)
- fast strength increasing, high final strength and resistance to abrasion
- plainness according DIN 18202
- no dustiness, easy cleaning and maintenance
- possibility to choose the grade of resistance to abrasion
- resistance to chemicals
Prices
Prices are calculated for each individual case and they are always obligatory and constant.
Characteristics
Floor systems
Usually chosen grade of concrete for floors with wire reinforcing or reinforced floors is C20/25 or C25/30, cement PC or SPC, maximal used gravel aggregate fraction is 8-16 mm. The slab of width 100 mm (except special cases) is separated from sub base by sliding foil ensuring possibility of retraction of individual dilatation elements.
We are able to successfully realize even special concrete prescription, for example for external surface C30/37 XF 2-4.
Technical Description and Data
Types of reinforcing steel
- wire slab - according to the static calculation, designed type and amount of wire reinforcing - we cooperate on design with world producers - Bekaert, KrampeHarex, Sl Europe Ltd.
- reinforced slab - according to the static calculation, designed type of KARI net or reinforcing steel
- slab with fibres - area of use among screeds and flaster floors
Expansion joints and locksmith products
- expansion working joints - we are innovators in this area in Czech market and we cooperate with engineer's offices on development and application of price and functionally ideal expansion joints. We have our own locksmith manufactory and we are able to satisfy the most of the customer's requirements for locksmith products installed in floors - from our production (Ω profiles, expansion joints of type PERMABAN, profiles with sliding studs, eventually plinths MIGUA, BUCH BERGER
- shrinking - cutting joints up to 1/3 of slab thickness of width 4 mm, filled by permanent plastic putty (maximal size of dilatation element 6x6m)
- perimeter dilatation - permanent plastic putty of type MIRELON
Technique of laying
- by laser spreader MULTIARM
- by rotating laser and vibrating lath
Technical data
Technical data are provided by producer after consultation about best type of floor to be used.
Surface finishes
1. by mineral fillings
- dry mixtures
- application of dry mineral mixtures on basis of micronized cements with filling, siliceous sand, corundum or non-oxidizing metal chips. Application is carried out in ripe concrete floor treated by laser technology at latest 12 hours after laying in amount of 3-6 kg/m² (thickness 2-3 mm). The surface is after that repeatedly smoothed by rotating smoothing tools and treated by vapour impermeable spray irrigation for assuring of uniform ageing of slab during minimally 28 days.
- poured mixtures
- application of poured mineral mixtures in form of screed, on basis of micronized cements with filling, siliceous sand, corundum or non-oxidizing metal chips. Application is carried out in ripe concrete floor treated by laser technology at latest 12 hours after laying in amount of 12-20 kg/m² (thickness 6-10 mm). The surface is after that repeatedly smoothed by rotating smoothing tools and treated by vapour impermeable spray irrigation. This type of floor is suitable for very heavy loading.
Types of used materials: PANBEX, MFC-COBET, ROCLAND, MASTERTOP
2. by cement screeds
- a) self-levelling cement screeds
- base equalizing layer of thickness 5-30 mm (under PVC, laminate floor finish, etc.)
- b) polymer cement screeds
- repairing and alignment of present surface in 11.5 to 100 mm
Final surface modification in heavy operation - technological advancing of laying :
- evaluation of base parameter ( moisture, strength, adhesion)
- preparation of surface by grinding or dust-free steel-grit blasting
- application of adhesive coating
- application of bearing layer of thickness 5-30 mm (-100mm) according to requirements for load-bearing capacity, required grade of abrasion, plainness and service life of resultant floor (if needed other requirements)
Types of used materials: MORFICO, ZENIT, MAPEI etc.
3. by synthetic epoxy or polyurethane screeds. Technique:
- evaluation of base parameter ( moisture, strength, adhesion)
- preparation of surface by grinding, etching or dust-free steel-grit blasting
- application of adhesive coating if needed equalizing layer
- application of 1-3 bearing layers (thickness 1-15 mm)with mechanical physical parameters according requirements for load-bearing capacity, required grade of abrasion, plainness and service life of resultant floor (if needed other requirements, for example chemical resistance, antistatic property, external condition resistance, UV radiation resistance, dilatability, , water or vapour resistance, diffusion resistance, etc.)
Types of used materials: for example MC Bauchemie (MC DUR), SAMAN SERVIS (NEOGARD-FLOORGARD, AUTOGARD), RPM (MONEPOX), SIKA (SIKA FLOOR) and many others
